Painting my dreams true

​

I have been drawing and painting since I was a little girl. My father is a self-taught painter and my grandmother was very talented artist, I guess that's were I got my talent from. I also believe that God puts talents in us, gives us a gift which makes us very good at something. Everyone is really good at something, we just need to find our own talent and start using it.

 

In May 2013 I graduated to be a photo artisan. I was at the same time for four years studying in high school and in the polytechnic. This is very possible in Finland, it is called a double degree where you get a profession and a high school diploma. It's one of my best decisions I have made. Those were four tough years, but it was definitely worth it. I am at the moment painting as much as possible and planning to have an exhibition when the time is right.

 

My dream is to have my own gallery and art store, where I would sell my own art and art by other artists. I would also have other kind of products for sale, products such as canvas bags, art cards, jewellery, posters, decoration equipments and many more things like that. I'm literally trying to paint my gallery dream true by making myself well-known through my work.

 

I am also interested in early childhood education. That's why I'm currently studying social sciences in the university of applied sciences. I hope I could somehow combine art and these studies in the future, perhaps through children's art therapy or just working as an art teacher in a day care center.
